Let face it, we are all humans trying to do stuff. Sometimes we need to organize and co-operate when the stuff we are doing turns into complex task.
And the more people we are adding trying to do the same thing together, the more we find ways to complicate it.
This is when I get curious and want to understand the humans involved better, their alignment in the organization and add possible improvements to the understanding of the humans involved.
To achieve this, I’m currently developing a tool for analysing impact of change, a tool for organizations to generate understanding in the elements of their organizational ecosystem in a state of change. It helps you measure intraorganizational elements like impact of leadership and resilience in the workforce. The aim for the tool is to identify what drives your success, or if you lost it - help you finding it. Another way to use it is in the stage of planning expansion.
